“The staff took the time to help me select services best for my super fair skin. … Edited: I froze my membership today. Summer is over; I’ve been on vacation. I kept coming anyway because I have a stressful job and I find tanning and the other services relaxing. I did not have a relaxing experience today. A gal I’d never seen there before was working and while I’m used to being greeted by my first name when I walk in, that was NOT the issue. The issue was I felt like I was being badgered with questions looking for a sale. I understand that it’s their job to try to upsell, but when I’ve said no, I mean no. If I have questions about products or services, I’ll ask. I’ll be back in the spring before vacation, but the sales pressure isn’t ok and it was not the first time.“
