I’m very satisfied with my new roof and the service I received from Platinum Roofing. The roofers showed up on time and worked until the job was complete. They cleaned everything up and I didn’t have to say anything to them about it. I had a couple of questions about a couple of things and they were quickly answer and any thing that needed to be addressed was addressed and corrected immediately.

Platinum roofing replaced my roof this month, after assisting me with filing a claim with manufacturer as our roofing shingles were defective- loosing their granules. Even though the manufacturer only paid for the replacement roof shingles and part of the labor cost, Platinum Roofing replaced the entire roof without charging a single dime. They even provided me with a synthetic underlayment verses the felt. This is my second roof with them and both times were great experiences. Mr. Simms is fantastic to deal with and very accommodating. Thanks Platinum Roofing, for providing us with the best contractor experience we've had at our home.
