Kayla has been consistently helpful, friendly and knowledgeable since I signed up for a membership 2 years ago. She greets you with a smile every visit, which is so nice! There aren't many places you can go these days where the employees are actually happy to be there. Her professionalism and kindness go a long way! THE BEST!
