Friendly and prompt service. I frequent another post office location which is also close to my home. In the past few months there are 4-6 people in line when I arrive. It's not a quick transaction. I recommend this location if you need quick and friendly service!

I enjoy visiting this US Post Office location. The staff have always been very kind to me. I feel that this location is very fast and efficient. I get in and get out quickly. What more can you ask for? They have a convenient location with a parking lot that allows you to get in and out smoothly. This is an older building and needs updates. I believe LBJ was our POTUS when it was built.

I shipped a normal USPS Parcel post using Amazon and there was an error on the shipping label such that the USPS could not deliver the parcel. So the normal policy would be to wait for 15 days and then return it to the sendor. Believe it or not, I called the Post Office directly and spoke with a representative who gave me the number for the supervisor for where the parcel should have been delivered. Within one hour the representative T. Banks called me back and told me the delivery problem was not fixed. A++++ to the Bridgeton MO post office and toe Ms. Banks. Why ship UPS or FEDEX when our own PO can do a fine job.
