I usually go to this location over the location closest to me. I get eye exams and contacts from here. This time a lady named Robin helped me. She was super knowledgeable, helpful, professional yet down to earth! I loved her personality! I usually get good service at this location. Everyone is nice and quick! There’s never a long wait. I can always get a appt at the last minute or at least a week out. But this time it was exceptional! Keep up the great work guys! I love leaving good reviews.
My SALES rep, Zenordia helped me find the perfect solution for all my eyeglass needs. The other ladies were also extremely kind and well informed! They got me right in and took care of everything. A truly great experience!
The American Best Bridgeton was amazing! If your in the St. louis area go to this location! The staff customer service is top tier myself and my son love them??. The assisant manager is so sweet & Intentive she was this way with every single customer that walk through the door. I had a horrible experiance with the american best Hallsferry and was ready to say good-bye to American best after 3 years but I came to the Bridgeton location and these ladies changed my heart. If i could give them 100 stars I would.American best needs to use this store a a model of how to treat there customers.
