Kathie is absolutely amazing. She is professional, honest & her knowledge spans widely. I have had many questions for her. One which was in reference to the ERAP Program. She responded in a few hours and gave explicit details. She always responds quickly. Her meetings are both educational & informative. She gives great advice. She is certainly an expert in legal matters. Her quick response is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Kathie. She deserves more than a five star rating.

I have not used Kathie's services as an attorney, but I have attended a weekly meeting where she updates folks on legal proceedings related to the CDC moratorium on evictions for the past couple of months.
