Another location gave me the wrong prescription for my contacts and i bought a year supply. I feel like i should be compensated or given free contacts since this was a big miss by the company. However Brentwood location was very nice and took care of me. Doesn’t change how i feel about the contacts but it wasn’t Brentwood’s fault. I appreciate them getting the prescription right this time!

Convenient location, professional staff. I did have to wait quite a while after my scheduled appointment time, about 45 minutes. Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry so it wasn’t a big deal. Everything else was very timely and smooth. I only have two complaints. First, the eye doctor told me she was going to send my info to The Retina Institute for them to set me up with an appointment. I waited a week and never heard anything. When I called they told me no one had sent anything to them about me. Second, I received not only a text, but also three emails asking me to leave a review. That seems a little overkill, but here is my review so maybe now that will stop.

Very professional and courteous staff. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Even the ophthalmologist was able to answer all of my questions in great detail. I will certainly return!
