Vet and techs are very nice. Whoever answers the phones is not too friendly. I had a great experience when I first called to establish care and for my dog to be seen for a cold. More recently, it seems like I'm calling someone who really dislikes their job. :/
I have been bringing my dogs to this facility for many years. I have always been pleased with the service provided. The doctors are very courteous and walk you through the issue of your animal, and provide the needed service accordingly. Also, the office staff representatives are very, very kind. I love Brentwood Animal Hospital and have recommended it to family members and friends.
They have such a unique setup designed to make animals (and their parents) feel as comfy & stress-free as possible! The staff is incredibly friendly & compassionate, very responsive to emails & calls. Availability for scheduling is very reasonable. It can be tricky to find a local vet with up-to-date rodent experience that also fits within a fairly reasonable budget, but Dr. Hill is absolutely amazing. Even though my rats are not quite as grateful as I am, it's great peace of mind knowing that I have somebody that I trust with them.
