We wanted a complete lakeside deck renovation. He was always communicative with us about the timing of the project and completion of such. He gave us a careful and calculated deck renovation cost. We probably doubled our square footage of deck size, and we wanted a covered deck.He was quite accurate in his cost estimate, and we had an area of unexpected expense which he fairly estimated the charge for us.His crew showed up on time every day that was weather permissible.
