The problem is that there's never enough time to explore it properly, as it sucks you in with its wide range of offerings. The staff, like Paige the operations manager, are knowledgeable, friendly, and provide excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products and even creating new makeup routines.
I went to get my hair done yesterday with Kaz and it was the first time in a long time, I’ve left with my hair done exactly how I wanted it. Kaz is AMAZING! She did my hair for HOURS, was super nice the whole time, and listened to everything i told her. My hair was a mess and most of the hairstylists I’ve seen just did the bare minimum to get me out but this time i actually got what i wanted, and felt good about it the entire time. ❤️
All the staff was amazing. The other stylist Leigh, the store managers, literally everyone.
Big. Well lit, clean store. Good variety of beauty products and fragrances. I specifically go to Ulta because they have testers. This is the only way I find matching shades of makeup. There seemed to be plenty of staff. I was surprised (and a little disappointed) that not even 1 employee acknowledged my daughter and I. It was Midday on a Saturday and there were only four other people shopping. Not only was I never approached or acknowledged; I never had any staff offer to help. But I found what I needed and I'm happy. 😀
Today I went into Ulta Beauty to find a new foundation. I was fortunate enough to meet Maddie who assisted me in finding the right foundation and shade. She also helped me figure out other products that would help me with a few of my issues, with maturing skin. She helped me find less expensive products as well as some more upscale makeup. Maddie understood all my needs and was so helpful. Next time you’re in the store ask for Maddie!
