My husband and I made the decision to put our house on the market and start looking for a new one. Parker showed us a house and we quickly decided that we liked him and did a little research on him. He was highly rated and very well known in the area so we had him list our property. Parker and his team went above and beyond to help us find the perfect buyer. He was professional, very respectful, and always available for a phone call or a text. I’m happy to say that we are in that house he showed us in the beginning and very thankful we went with Parker Stone.
Parker and his team were fantastic! They showed us plenty of Branson properties within our price range, and knew the areas very well. But the real value was in Parker's connections. We were working with a broker, and in the end the broker couldn't get the deal done, despite our excellent credit and large down payment. We were stuck on the day of closing without a deal. Parker immediately made some calls, and got a local lender on board who was able to run the numbers, get the documents, and close on the deal in less than one day! We couldn't believe it. Parker and his team made it happen all in 30 days from list to close! His team is professional and caring and most importantly responsive. I had both a timeline and sales price to meet and my expectations were exceeded. Parker is very knowledgeable and effective in the Branson market. I would hire the Parker team again for sure!
