I am visiting in Branson and while sitting in a show at the Southern Gospel Picnic, at Silver Dollar City, one of my nose pads fell off. I called and they told me to come right in. April the optometry technician immediately asked how she could help me. When I told her what I needed, she immediately got a matching pair of nose pads and fixed my glasses. I reached in my purse to pay her, and she said that there would be no charge, that she was glad she could help me. I went there because I saw they had a five star rating and now I know why they do! Thank you April and Ozark Family Vision Center for being so kind and helpful! I give them 5 stars too!

Sorry this is late but wanted to give a huge shout-out to #Ozarks Family Vision Centre in Branson, MO. They literally saved my vacation. How? Let me tell you how. We were rushing to get to Branson for our family trip and I didn't get the chance to order extra pairs of contacts. So, I traveled without a back up pair and with my eyeglasses, hoping and praying that nothing happens that I would have a "contacts" emergency. If you know me, I prefer to wear contacts over eyeglasses, especially when I am driving at night. And then it happened. On our second full day in Branson, I lost one of my contacts. I called the local Walmart Vision Center and America's Best, neither one could help me. Mike found the number to a local vision center and he was told to just "come on by". I walked into Ozarks Family Vision Centre, told them what happened and asked if they could at least tighten the frames on my eyeglasses so that they are comfortable and functional. They did so in a heartbeat and then, more. I asked if they had the prescription contacts in their store, in my grade and after asking to see a copy of my RX, they found a trial pair. Here's the best part: I asked how much everything cost and they said, "Nothing. It's free!". They were just glad to help me. That literally saved my entire vacation because it meant that I was going to be able to drive comfortably at night and during the day and wear my sunglasses. First of all their customer service was Amazing!!! I was an out of town visitor an lost one of my contacts, gave them a call and they went the extra mile to help me out !!!! Totally appreciate them and their service !! 100% satisfied !!!
