You're not going to find a better experience in building a home. Dave and Heather really work with the home owners to meet their wishes in all aspects of the build. They pay particular attention to obtaining the best contractors in the area and meeting the customer's needs and budget. Very transparent in all aspects of the process. They were great at supporting mid build changes we desired. We could not have been more satisfied with our decision to go with OMH!!! We've had rough experiences in the past building a home with another builder ... but not this time. It was a great experience! Our house is perfect, exactly what we wanted.
