The people at Lincare Branson are awesome! The ladies in the office, especially Bonnie, have been so kind, and have worked hard to help me get what I need. The technicians who deliver my portable tanks are prompt and pleasant, and always take the time to put them in the rack for me. Their RT, Chad, has patiently worked with me to explain the non-invasive ventilator and try to find the right mask so I can use it successfully. He has a great manner with his patients and makes what could be a fearsome and frustrating situation pleasant. I couldn't ask for better support than what these rockstars provide.

The time order is placed to time of delivery leaves a lot to be desired. I believe you are taking unfare advantage of Medicare by automatically sending supplies. I have STOPPED that and only order what and when I want.
