They offer a range of services and products, including 24/7 assistance, in-home instruction, and the latest technology in respiratory and oxygen care. Clients appreciate the polite and caring staff, who assist with tasks such as carrying tanks to and from vehicles. Many have had positive experiences, particularly with fittings for equipment like CPAP machines, where staff demonstrate professionalism and attentiveness to concerns. The staff, including Michael, are described as wonderful, helpful, and patient in teaching about the equipment and ensuring patients are taken care of. However, some clients have reported unexpected charges not communicated beforehand, leading to dissatisfaction with billing practices. Overall, Lincare aims to keep patients safe at home with their comprehensive services.
The people at Lincare Branson are awesome! The ladies in the office, especially Bonnie, have been so kind, and have worked hard to help me get what I need. The technicians who deliver my portable tanks are prompt and pleasant, and always take the time to put them in the rack for me. Their RT, Chad, has patiently worked with me to explain the non-invasive ventilator and try to find the right mask so I can use it successfully. He has a great manner with his patients and makes what could be a fearsome and frustrating situation pleasant. I couldn't ask for better support than what these rockstars provide.
When calling for help (reduce the ramp on my cpap) the person answering the call was excellent!
The time order is placed to time of delivery leaves a lot to be desired. I believe you are taking unfare advantage of Medicare by automatically sending supplies. I have STOPPED that and only order what and when I want.
