I have used them 2x now, once for a dress I tried to clean myself and I had softener all over it 😳😳 and she saved it! Then for a prom dress that was all jeweled and another cleaner said they couldn’t do it! She’s great at what she does and will go the extra mile!!

$20 to clean a long wool lined coat. Lady on the phone talked so much & condescending that I could hardly get a word in edgewise when I called with a question that she interrupted me from finishing my comment. I've worked in a cleaners so I'm not as stupid as she thought I was and she's not as smart as she thinks she is; especially when it comes to customer service.
