I haven’t looked at my clothes yet but I left picking up my clothes with a smile on my face. I walk in and see books. I made a comment about the books and the lady was extremely friendly. It felt like a small town shop where everyone is so kind and takes the time to care.Service: Dry cleaning

$20 to clean a long wool lined coat. Lady on the phone talked so much & condescending that I could hardly get a word in edgewise when I called with a question that she interrupted me from finishing my comment. I've worked in a cleaners so I'm not as stupid as she thought I was and she's not as smart as she thinks she is; especially when it comes to customer service.
