I cannot speak to their cleaning, but I can tell you I scheduled a time to meet with them for a quote to clean our office weekly. When I setup the meeting, I let them know I would have to travel to the location to meet them. I arrived early and waited until 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment before calling them. They informed me they could not make the appointment and failed to contact me and offered to meet me the following week. If they can't be punctual to initially meet, I can only imagine how they are with their cleaning schedule. I will not be using their services.
The team at Brokate volunteered to strip, seal and buff the tile floors in our clinic to ensure they looked great for some big community events we hosted at Faith Community Health. I can't thank them enough for their compassion for our community and the beautiful floors we are enjoying. Thanks Brokate!
