I have been waiting 2 months for my new frames to replace my broken one. They said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get them in it's been Almost 2 months and thats just for the frames don't need lenses, they can be changed over to the new frames.

Have ordered glasses for both my kids through them for years and most of the time it's been waiting for the glasses that are supposed to arrive in two weeks. Every single time I get glasses from here I wait for months! It's ridiculous! And now, to top things off they told me there would be a navy and teal pair of frames in for my son, who's been waiting since September for them, and they're teal and purple! I'm pissed!
