Everyone working here is amazing! Everyone is friendly and polite. The gentleman who did my pre-exam was awesome. He explained everything as he did it, which made me so much more comfortable. (Unfortunately I forgot everyone's name). I will definitely be telling everyone this is the place to go for eye care from this point forward. Thank you all for a quick, painless, simple visit. 💜

I have paid in full for a nice pair of glasses. The problem is I have yet been able to see them nor wear them because three+ weeks later I'm still waiting. This isn't the only problem they will not return my phone calls regarding I shouldn't still be waiting for my glasses!!!! He may be a decent doctor but your office staff needs a new attitude and should take a course in how to treat customers period. But when you're open someone {STAFF) should be answering the phone. Are you afraid of being told your attitude sucks. This is not how customers should be treated we only give what we get for all communication! I have been waiting 2 months for my new frames to replace my broken one. They said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get them in it's been Almost 2 months and thats just for the frames don't need lenses, they can be changed over to the new frames.
