Houston was handled with sensitivity to his anxiety about treatment and leaving me in the room. The vet was confident and interactive, educating appropriately. She gave me an opportunity to ask questions and answered them clearly.

I recently had to bring my injured cat (Jerry) in multiple times over the course of a couple weeks; with him having to stay overnight a hand full of days. Dr. Bowers and staff kept me updated with Jerry’s progress at every up and down. We sadly had to let him go over the rainbow bridge as his health just continued to decline. Dr. Bowers and staff were very compassionate and did their best to get him better. We are forever grateful!

We needed emergency care for our 13yr old dog Bella after hours on a Sunday evening. The Dr that answered the ph call was so kind and patiently listened to me describe what was going on with our sweet ol' girl. Within mins we were ending our call and heading to the facility to meet her & vet tech there. Sadly we had to let Bella go. Please know that the care and compassion we received was and is beyond words. The clinic followed up with a handwritten card expressing such caring thoughts and prayers.
