Skip is great. Any positive adjective in the book would describe him. He is nice, honest, timely, and professional above all. He didn't try to jerk me around even slightly. Came out the day I called and looked things over and had a heater in right after it was delivered a day and a half later. Reasonably priced and answered my long list of questions without seeming annoyed (which is a problem I have run into before).
