Had Jamie out last winter (2019) to check on a malfunctioning mini split. After 3 visits he and his team were able to secure a warranty replacement on my unit. When installing the replacement Jamie and his team damaged the integrated coolant lines. I was informed that the damage was superficial and would likely not cause future problems. Fast forward 1 year to fall/winter 2020 and the unit is once again unable to efficiently heat.I contacted Jamie to ask for assistance with replacement of the damaged unit and have yet to receive a response.
