On the evening of Saturday November 4th we was having power surges at our house wasn't sure what was causing them. Contacted the owner and he was quick to offer his help and was at our house within 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue and contacted Ameren to come and fix it since it was on the drop from the pole to the house. After Ameren fixed the drop to the house Nathan rechecked everything the electrical panel to ensure that we wouldn't have anymore issues. Would highly recommend McDowell Electric to anyone having issues or needing electrical work done
