This was my first time getting a loan, Glenn and Kaitlynn made the process so easy and insured I understood the process. They were able to answer all the questions I had and made me feel more comfortable with my decision to take out a loan. I applied and was approved the same day and while the loan systems were down and I was unable to get my loan the same day they were very apologetic for the systems and were very communicative with me on when the systems would hopefully be back up and running. Once the systems were back up they gave me a call and about 20 minutes later I had my loan. I will definitely be coming back here for any future loans!!!
