During my four-year stay at E Kiber, maintenance was always prompt and reliable, and management consistently communicated clearly whenever I had an issue. They were professional, responsive, and quick to act in any emergency situation. I would gladly rent here again if I relocate back to Angleton.

Wonderful people super easy to talk and they keep their properties clean and kept up with as far as maintenance been renting for almost a year now and until I go to buy a house I will only trust to rent through them so thankful for their care towards their tenants and properties!!!

We have been in our Duplex for almost two years! Any issues that have arose have been answered in a timely manor. The office staff is very friendly. It is great to be able to pay online and submit maintenance request through the tenant portal and see all our receipts and lease. We would recommend Service First.
