I had a cat with a lot of mats in her hair that I couldn't get out. Sherry got most of them brushed out and clipped the ones she couldn't brush out. She was so sweet and patient with my cat - I really appreciated her pet-side manner. And my cat feels SO much better having the mats gone. Will definitely take my animals there in the future for any grooming needs.
Kira’s is the best. My dogs board here when we travel. She’s affordable, and my dogs can board together in the same kennel. And they get baths right before we pick them up, so they come home smelling fresh & clean.
All Kira's staff are loving people. Sherry is especially sweet, willing to be flexible with my high-maintenance little dog that doesn't like to be groomed. She takes her time with her throughout the day, to keep her from being over stimulated. I even noticed that my puppy is now trained to stand at attention. She comes home happy and smelling wonderful. Kira's pet retreat is like family.
