First all calling Ken’s was a very positive call. Felt valued due to being listened to and quick resolve to my call. Service was done in the time promised and the call back from the tech was professional and very helpful. Questions about costs were handled right away. One issue needed some quote research before a price could be given and that will come along shortly. Several possibilities were presented to me, clearly for my understanding.
