This is a great company to work for! There are generous PTO and vacation time, 9 paid holidays, IRA match 3%, and 100% paid by the company health, dental and vision insurance! I have had the opportunity to go take classes multiple times to further my education and that has been funded by the company. Some people will say there have been management problems but we have worked DILLIGENTLY to fix these and I believe it is a wonderful place to work for! I hope to continue my employment for a long time to come!

At first I really was let down by the work that had been done in front of my house due to the entire Kansas City area being under construction. Things were done out of order and rushed which resulted in a decent sized sink hole under the end of my driveway and half of the street. I reached out to Blue Nile personally and heard back from the project manager of my area. He had the hole filled and is working towards getting my driveway fixed (where it crumbled from not having support). All in all, I really appreciate him taking the time to listen to my issues/concerns and helping to get them resolved.
