The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional, making patients feel comfortable. The office is clean and well-maintained, with a great atmosphere. The center offers a high-quality selection of frames and contacts, and the doctors and staff go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Their staff are so very kind and helpful! I’m amazed at the number of compliments I receive on my glasses!
I have always gone here all my life! I also don’t live in Bethany anymore but I prefer to make the drive and go here!
Ashley is amazing, I had an issue with my eye during shut down during Covid and she gave my number to Dr. Staatz who called me and was able to help me over the phone. Actually everyone at the office is amazing!!!!
