Best customer service I have ever had at an Ulta Beauty! Absolutely excellent - so I signed up for their publicity, credit card, and expect to be returning often! Total care - no salesman feel - five stars

A few staff members seemed a bit lost and as if they didn't know what they were talking about, while others seemed incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. There were quite a few items out of stock, and they didn't have any sponges to apply tester makeups.

I went in with no knowledge of what mascara and foundation I wanted. Alexis was PHENOMENAL at helping me. She matched me perfectly and was able to give me advice on mascaras that would work. Loved working with her.
