Lol My husband and I are first time homeowners, so we were very hesitant to have any company out. We’ve heard how companies take advantage of newbies like us because we, honestly don’t know what we are doing just yet lol. Our problem: we would set the thermostat and it would randomly pick and choose if it wanted to heat the house or not. My husband did a ton of research. Tried a few things with no prevail. He told me “the gas won’t ignite”, whatever that meant. So after having to keep our one year old and 4 year old in 3-4 layers, we figured it was time to have a professional come out. My parents recommended this company because of the knowledge and expertise the men have always shown but also the kindness, compassion, and professionalism from each staff member that they have encountered. And I can’t say anything but exactly that from Bill and Thomas!!!! They were honest, kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate!!!! (NO JOKE!!!!) Bill and Thomas informed us that we needed to check and make sure the warranty on the furnace could be transferred to us from the previous owners - since we’ve only owned the house since November 2021. They informed us our real-estate agent should’ve informed this when we bought the house. They also asked if they could check the air conditioning unit when they were out just to be safe. They informed us of the benefits of having a fall inspection and spring inspection and the price benefits of keeping them clean and inspected to make them last longer. I HAD NO FREAKING IDEA 🤯 😜 Moral of this very long review is, USE THIS COMPANY. They are clearly one of a kind and I thank God we found and used them! Ps. Shout out to Tiffany for taking my call and showing such kindness and compassion for my family and children. But also to Ashley for calling me back to schedule and caring so much about why a big deal this was to me. And then texting me today making sure I was happy with the service. God bless you all! Craig, Sam and Jerry were awesome to work with. Jerry provided assistance with choosing the right system for our family. Then on the installation day Jerry showed up with Craig and Sam to make sure the whole team was on the same page. Craig and Sam worked to get everything setup and were very professional while in our home and everything works great. Thank you Rudroff for an outstanding experience!!
