I have been a customer for a few years. I battled ants in and around the kitchen for years before starting this service and I have not had any problems since Pro Pest started their regular treatments. I do not have an issue with spider crickets (I don’t know if that’s why they’re called but that’s what they look like) in my basement since starting this service. Pro Pest always comes when scheduled and very communicative if they have to reschedule for any reason. They’re prompt to respond if I call in for any additional treatments. Jamal did the last treatment and was wonderful, friendly, and on time.

I collected a bug that I found in my closet. He inspected it, took a picture of it and was fairly certain what it was. I also explained what I had done concerning a colony of ants that I discovered. He assured me that I did the right thing by pouring bleach on it. He was friendly and went out of his way to not only acknowledge, but find a solution for my pest problems.
