We've been using Odom's for several years and I truly can't imagine using anyone else at this point. Their customer service is top notch - they are beyond professional, friendly, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Whether it's our yearly spring treatment or my freak out finding termite damage, they are tremendously helpful (and reassuring!). Highly, highly recommend using Odom's!!
Jimmy was professional and efficient. He quickly identified and treated the pest issue in my home, providing valuable advice to prevent future problems. His friendly demeanor and knowledge of his work left me satisfied and confident in the results. Highly recommended for effective pest management. Local to Raymore, Peculiar, and Belton.
They got me scheduled the following day when they were already scheduled to be at our neighbor's! It's been a very effective one-time treatment, and they also offer plans for every several months or semi-annual. It's worth paying them because of the amount of the many hours it takes to move out of my kitchen and then back in!! "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" for sure when it comes to roaches!!!
