Called yesterday evening, appointment for 9:30am this morning. We thought we needed a new gas control valve ( estimated at $360). Ended up needing only adjustment to gas valve. We appreciate Mark's honesty. Paid $110. Would use again if needed.

During the last cool nights, our heater did not come on. I called and left a message. On Monday, they called me in the AM and was there by noon to get it running again. Thanks for quick and outstanding service.
