As gently as possible, it would be nice if this office was more respectful of a patients time.
I was told my inserts were ready for pick up at the Belton office on Monday. It would be helpful to know in that same message that the Belton office is closed for construction on Monday.
I could have been working/getting paid during the hour I spent driving there and back. It really would have been simple enough to say that office is closed.
