Shout out to Michael and Carson for the job they did for us replacing our basement floor drain p trap. They recognized the issue immediately and gave us a fair bid to repair it. They kept the dust to a minimum even with using a concrete saw. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards as well. Very pleased with the result! We will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend them! Of course they always do a great job taking care of our heating and cooling as well. Glad they are now also doing plumbing.
Our air went out and it was 85 in our home. Comfort was there within 2 hours of me calling and had it fixed quickly! From the call to the technician it was a great experience. 10/10 would use again!
My dad’s A/C stopped working sometime in the night . We called this morning and spoke with tracy . She was professional and very helpful. They were able to get a tech out this morning and had it fixed as well.
