I really wish i would have researched more. Once they learned i support my mayor (Chad opposes) and the councils decision to bring in a large commercial business, they left me hanging.

We have/ are having the same experience as the other review here. No response. Window leaking since day 1. Was promised “they wouldn’t walk away” from it. Never fixedI went to their location and was told the project mgr was on vacation and would call me the following week. The following week we got a text from him that he resigned his role. A month later still no response. Have emailed or talked with the admin and the owner multiple times. Nothing.Also just like the photos from the other post all our windows and where the trim pieces join the Chalk has split at all of them.We bought the house already built but would never use them for anything. Initially, I was very impressed with the staff and owner of C&M builders. The building process was fairly easy, however once they finish our home it was like pulling teeth to get them to come finish our checklist items and one major one has not even been completed. We have been in our home for three years, and have extensive wood damage along the windows where water came in due to a roof issue they never properly resolved. We have contacted them via email and phone over 20 times in the past three years with no return phone call.
