Dr.Shenefield is by far the most compassionate vet I have come across. She stayed on the phone with me for well over a half hour answering every question and addressing every concern and possibility when it came to my senior dogs cancer diagnosis and the decision on whether or not to treat him. I never once felt like my questions were a burden or judged for my decision. I felt like she truly cared for him after only seeing him one time. If I own any more pets in the future they will definitely have my loyalty.We don't like to think about money when it comes to our pets but unfortunately veterinary care is very expensive and I was quoted 3k+ at other facilities to treat...read full review
The whole staff is amazing! They care about animals and it shows in their treatment and care! We’ve been going here for almost 20 years! Wouldn’t trust our pets with any other vet office.
My wonderful cat,Hannah, who had cancer needed to be put down. The staff were just so kind and caring in a difficult situation. I miss my Hannah but I will always remember their kindnes.
