ARC Physical Therapy+

Had physical therapy here after my shoulder surgery in march and they are so amazing and nice to work with and got me back to where I need to be highly recommended!!

Chris was an amazing trainer ! He was so patient and kind and worked with me to the best of my ability after having back surgery. He took things in to account like how you were feeling from the previous visit and any activity you did outside of PT . He was very informative by showing on the computer diagrams where the disks and nerves are and how they all work together for different functions . Kelly at the front desk was always very polite making people feel welcome . I also got to work with Jordan on 1 visit during my 6 weeks and she was also very caring and great ! I had an overall very positive experience at the Belton location 🩷

Just completed the third round of physical therapy prescribed by my GP. The first was with ARC years ago to recover from severely fractured tibia, fibula and blown out ankle. The third, also with ARC was to recover from years of inactivity. At 73, I just couldn't maintain muscle without making some changes. The PT in the middle just served to reinforce that ARC is the better choice. Chris Rong saw me through it this time. He constantly stressed that the idea is to progressively increase resistance when doing the exercises he prescribed, not to try and push past pain points - a key factor for someone who has a reconstructed ankle with restricted movement and a leg visibly… read full review
