Ethan and all at Trifecta Property Restoration were totally awesome! They were compassionate, quick, and professional in every step of remediating our home. The end results were fantastic!
In the midst of a crisis at my Metaphysical store, Mystic's, this company and their employees gave great care to me and my store. They are professional, caring, and experts at their job. When the restoration was complete, they did a walk through to be sure that the job was done correctly and to a great standard. When they returned my property they were so helpful in getting things organized and put back in the correct space. Then after a week Goel returned to the store and did a follow up to be sure I was happy and things were going well. I am very pleased with this company they are AMAZING at what they do! I called the company regarding a water leak under my hardwood back in mid September . They were out at my house within 2 hours of speaking to them with a crew to start the process. They were very prompt and informative with the plan. I had very quick responses from Goel, the project manager whenever I had a question. He also kept me up to date often! There was A LOT of work to be done. The only negative thing from the whole experience was two jobs had to be redone extending the finish deadline. This ended up being a 3 month process. They did correct those situations by bringing in new crew to complete it correctly. Everyone that worked in my home was very kind and respectful....read full review
