After that he presented various home plans in which to choose from. Mike went over several detailed items indicating areas where we could save when we were reviewing these plans. Mike took care of all the filing and permit requirements necessary. In addition, he set us up with a title company which handled all construction disbursements as well as lien waivers. I can’t begin to describe how pleased I am with the Bax Built Company! Their work is outstanding, and their contractors are professional and respectful. I was able to crop an elaborate picture off of Pinterest for a feature wall in the living space and Mike was able to calculate all of the measurements unique to our space and not just design it, but construct it better than we ever imagined.
We will be forever grateful to this family. They not only gave us the house of our dreams at an affordable price, but made the process enjoyable. For those of you who don’t know, building a house will be stressful on everyone and put a strain on a marriage.... read full review
