Storm Solutions Roofing & Contracting repaired a roof in my neighborhood and so we invited them to check my roof. Jeff was thorough and presented his finding with photos showing hail damage to the entire roof. He advised us to contact our homeowners insurance company and offered to be onsite with the adjuster for their review. Insurance concluded the same findings that Jeff did. We picked out our color scheme. Jeff answered questions and had great insights to help us determine our final selection. An order was placed, quickly secured, and a date for work scheduled. The crew was professional and prompt in the morning. They took great care to protect our landscape— they even proactively moved a Halloween decoration we didn’t identify as fragile, just to be safe. Jeff scheduled the right size team for our sized roof. The team was efficient and finished the entire job with clean up by 3:00 the same day. The roof looks great, and they left our property exactly as they found it — no stray debris or nails to be found. And Jeff was in contact with us every step of the way.
