How do you put your feelings in a text. What a great group to work with. Once you get past the sales rep (and please get past the rep) life is good. Allan Matthias, the manager of getting your home built and a one man show! Keeps you informed, allows time to get your thoughts together, and fixes all the oops, which happens with a new build. After he informs you of move in day, you are introduced to the nicest young man. Austin, the fixer of all walk through issues. Not knowing the carpenters, we would like to say, WAY TO GO! Thank you. I love my new home!!! When I was starting my search for a home, a new build was not at the forefront of my mind. My realtor, Bob Jacobs, showed me some homes, that, in my opinion, were overpriced, especially for the condition of the home. He urged me to look into a new build. We went to a different local builder and priced a home out, without a lot of upgrades, and it was already way over budget. Bob told me to look into Rolwes homes-better quality and better prices. We sat down with Terra Sherman, who was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my concerns and addressed them all, with patience.
