rep) life is good. Allan Matthias, the manager of getting your home built and a one man show! Keeps you informed, allows time to get your thoughts together, and fixes all the oops, which happens with a new build. After he informs you of move in day, you are introduced to the nicest young man. I love my new home!!! When I was starting my search for a home, a new build was not at the forefront of my mind. My realtor, Bob Jacobs, showed me some homes, that, in my opinion, were overpriced, especially for the condition of the home. He urged me to look into a new build.
