I have used extra step for all cleaning purposes for the past 10 years. From day to day cleaning to cleaning up after parties this company does it all and does it WELL! They are quick to respond to inquiries and always very prompt when coming to clean for me. They service a number of my friends and family in the Saint Louis area. I have friends who work for the company as well and they say they’ll never leave. Michelle is beyond accommodating for her customers and her employees. They are very respectful and do make changes when they receive feedback from customers and that is rare in many service fields these days. LOVE this company. They are so respectful and helpful. I have had several cleaning companies over the years. This is the FIRST one that actually does what I ask instead of only following a checklist. They are accommodating to my crazy schedules and are always willing to work around my dogs and kids. They do an amazing job and everyone is so friendly. Absolutely love that I get the same group of woman every time so I don't have to explain everything each time. They are now cleaning for most of my neighbors as well.

I’ve been using their service for about a year. They are punctual, reliable, and do a good job cleaning my house. With the staffing shortages everywhere I was worried about interruptions to our service but it hasn’t been an issue with Extra Step. Plus, the crew who comes is consistent.
