I took my laptop to Dimension Computer (Jim) on the recommendation of a close friend. Jim listened to my concerns and difficulties with my laptop, which were several. Not once did he respond disinterested or make me feel ignorant. Jim was able to make several corrections, updates, and replace hardware all in the same day. He communicated with me regularly and demonstrated the improvements of the laptop when I picked it up. His pricing was reasonable for labor and parts. If you want a computer repair service that is reliable, reasonable and trustworthy, use Dimension Computer in Winchester, MO.

Recently had to take my inherited beast of a desktop in for some repairs, settled on this shop after seeing posts on FB in a community group raving about same day service, affordability, and more - and in spite of what one bitter reviewer had to say, I am *not* friends with the owner. Jim, I wanna say his name was, got this computer out of my car and even carried it for me in addition to repairing it within 2 hours. 10/10, will be back for any future repairs.

It is not possible these days to be part of the modern world without a computer. Unfortunately, they are complicated and the "computer world" changes constantly. There is lots and lots of room for really crappy service when you consider how often the customer just barely understands what s/he is dealing with.Jim Humphrey at Dimension is a local small business person who knows what he is doing, cares about his customers' needs and experiences and has the patience of a saint.
