I went recently for my birthday with a group of friends, they were very hectic even though we had appointments. They also were very persistent about putting us in joint rooms even though we requested individual rooms . Lastly, the WORST part was for the entire hour massage the masseuses yelled LOUDLY at each other (most massages are quiet and relaxing ) and they were switching from room to room, seems like when one person left another came in to finish the massages. (uncomfortable to know masseuses were switching back and forth while I'm am laying on the table exposed.) Don't come here if you are looking for a relaxing environment. Not the highlight of my birthday to say the least.
