I went recently for my birthday with a group of friends, they were very hectic even though we had appointments. They also were very persistent about putting us in joint rooms even though we requested individual rooms . Lastly, the WORST part was for the entire hour massage the masseuses yelled LOUDLY at each other (most massages are quiet and relaxing ) and they were switching from room to room, seems like when one person left another came in to finish the massages. (uncomfortable to know masseuses were switching back and forth while I'm am laying on the table exposed.) Don't come here if you are looking for a relaxing environment. Through Groupon I purchased 3 one hour deep tissue massages I went on my own and owner was on personal calls doing laundry and I received maybe 20 minutes and then I left everytime I spoke she had a phone call. I had already reminded her she did my son and his girlfriend the following same day next week. My Son and her showed up and since sketchy and they walked in t he business she screamed and cussed them out and refused the massages and told them she didn't get a call. I called her and she took the $148. And I have been fighting with Groupon for 3 months. Refused to help no Way to call so Serenity Now Belleville Illinois and Groupon are crooks and don't believe... read full review
