Ballwin Dental Care is like stepping into a spa! The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. I thought my dental technician was the dentist! She was knowledgeable, professional, and asked me questions ask what kind of experience I want. I got a welcome bag and a gift bag to go! I am so happy with my new dental group.
We became new dental patients today at Ballwin Dental Care. What a wonderful experience! Our hygienists, Anne and Kellee, were kind, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Nolan was personable, having a wonderful bedside manner and again professional and easy to understand in his explanations.
This office offers evening and some Saturday hours which really helps our family's work and school schedules. The ladies at the welcome desk were sweet and helpful too. Hats off to great dental service at Ballwin Dental Care.
I cannot recommend Ballwin Dental Care more highly. I live in Cape Girardeau (nearly 2 hours away) and traveled to visit them based on reviews and because they just happened to have a very quick opening for a procedure I needed that I could not find anyone localy for a week or 2. From the second I walked in I was impressed. The front desk girls are very kind and attentive. The building itself was clean and professional. I was provided a gift bag when I first entered and They gave a small tour to familiarize me with the layout and to give information about the history of the establishment and on the doctors that practice there.
