Very nice building, friendly and helpful staff. Only negative thing to share is an experience I had getting some newly ordered glasses adjusted. I went in stating the frame was loose and felt like it was falling off my face. The lady took my glasses, then came back and handed them to me. I could see the piece that rests on your ear just bent extremely far inward. I was kind of taken aback by the extreme adjustment. They were really tight when I put them back on. In the end I've just tried to adjust them myself.

The First Lady who checked me before seeing Dr. Pratt checked my eyes with a few different tests. We waited close to an hour after that then Another lady did some tests and wrote down some things about each eye. (My right eye is worse by far) When doctor Pratt came in he asked a few questions did a few tests and said she must have wrote down my eyes backwards..Left as my right. Right as my left. Concerning. But at least he is thorough with his work. I watched him switch them to the correct way and he proceeded to cracked jokes. Laugh with us. Was a great time! He was very quick to see me, get to the point and leave. Which I didn’t mind. Left me to pick out my glasses.... read full review

My son was recently in a car accident. His glasses broke into pieces. When I went to the Aurora office the girls and Dr.Pratt were excellent and immediatly came together with a plan to get him in temp contacts and he was back into his glasses just a few days later. They were very helpful in a very stressful situation. Thank you!!!!
